• Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).

4. Scope of Work

Vendors must provide:
- Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and production spaces.
- Weekly deep cleaning of high-traffic zones.
- Monthly specialized services (e.g., carpet shampooing, window cleaning).
- Supply of cleaning materials and consumables unless otherwise stated.

5. Proposal Requirements
